Eligibility criteria for adolescents:
Female, 10 to 12 years old
Experiencing emotional difficulties (e.g., anxiety, low mood, trouble sleeping)
No current use of medication for a mental health problem
Safe to go in MRI scanner (e.g., no metal in the body, including braces)
Not obese (BMI < 30)
No current diagnosis of developmental or intellectual disorder
